2. Funding

After your company enrollment is completed, you can load funds to your primary funding account through one of the following three options:

a. WIRE - Wired funds are posted to your primary funding account within a couple hours.

b. ACH - Many banks allow you to ACH funds from your existing bank account. Depending on your bank this process could take 3-5 days.

c. PAYROLL PROVIDER - Most Payroll Providers have a line item for expenses. You can simply loads funds to your primary funding account by using this expense reimbursement feature.

3. Manage Cards

Once your expense cards arrive in the mail and you load funds to your primary card account, your dedicated Account Manager will contact you set you up with access to our exclusive Bank Freedom Business Expense portal so you can manage all your employee cards.
